Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive trauma assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

· Provide evidence-based trauma therapy interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

· Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to address trauma-related issues, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based approaches.

· Establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and create a safe and supportive space for their healing journey.

· Collaborate with other professionals within the practice to ensure holistic care and continuity of treatment.

Qualifications:

· Current and valid license as a therapist in Pennsylvania.

· Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on trauma therapy.

· Extensive knowledge and training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based trauma interventions.

· Proficient in conducting trauma assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

· Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities used in trauma treatment.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients.

· Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
