I am so glad you are here. Being here is the first step in your healing journey. And taking that first step is one of the bravest things can you do.

A little bit about me: I’m a trauma-focused and body-centered therapist. That means that I’ll help you work through any traumas that you have experienced in your life. And through that, I’ll encourage you to stay connected to your body. Our bodies hold so much wisdom. Together, we’ll tap into that wisdom to support your healing. 

In addition to somatic work, I use several other modalities in my practice: Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. Based on my clients’ needs, my modality may vary. Overall, I’ll use a strengths-based holistic approach, catering to each individual’s personal needs and goals. And I’ll offer a safe space for you to bring your authentic self to most effectively engage in healing. 

I specialize in helping with anxiety, health anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, women’s issues, pre-natal/post-natal, burnout, and substance misuse.
